Jake Fagan, MD

Jake Fagan, MD, specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology. He graduated from Utah State University with a degree in Exercise Science. After completing his medical education at West Virginia University School of Medicine, Dr. Fagan pursued further training at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA, where he completed a residency in Dermatology. After residency, he trained further at Geisinger and completed a fellowship in micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology.

A dedicated member of many professional organizations, Dr. Fagan is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Dermatology and a Fellow Member of the American College of Mohs Surgery.

Dr. Fagan became a physician to connect with patients and help them live better lives. He chose to return to Utah and practice with Revere Health because the organization has a quality team of dermatologists who prioritize their patients’ health and well-being above all else.

Outside his medical practice, Dr. Fagan enjoys an active lifestyle, indulging in hobbies such as hiking, running, baseball, and gardening with his wife and three children. His newest hobby is pickleball. Dr. Fagan is committed to providing exceptional dermatologic care to his patients through his professional expertise and personal interests.
