Heather Condley, FNP


Bio	Heather Condley, FNP obtained a Bachelor of Science in nursing at Martin Methodist College and a Master of Science – Family Nurse Practitioner at Maryville University. She is board certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and specializes in family medicine. Heather started her healthcare career as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) at a skilled nursing facility in high school. She fell in love with nursing while working as a CNA throughout college. Heather has always enjoyed learning and wanted to take her educational pursuits as far as possible. She has loved being part of the complex world of medicine and enjoys working with patients and helping them find healing and happiness. She chose to specialize in family medicine because it allowed her to be involved in every aspect of medicine at every stage of a patient’s life. When she is not taking care of her patients, Heather enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies, and exploring all that Utah has to offer.
