Stacey Townsend, MD


Bio	Stacey Townsend, MD, received her Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University. She obtained her medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine and completed her residency at Primary Children’s Medical Center. Dr. Townsend is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Townsend believes that being a pediatrician is one of the best jobs in the world. She enjoys partnering with parents to treat their children’s medical needs more effectively, from infancy to adolescence. Dr. Townsend confidently provides a wide range of services, from newborn care and dermatology to treating infectious diseases and asthma. She feels a strong responsibility to positively improve the health and well-being of local families and communities. When Dr. Townsend isn’t working in the clinic or hospital, she loves spending time with her husband and four children. Together, they enjoy sports, church, and music activities. She also likes reading, enjoying the beauty of the outdoors, and exploring new places.
