Taelor Hildebrand, FNP-C

Taelor Hildebrand, FNP-C, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Provo College before completing her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner training at Roseman University. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a commitment to excellence, integrity, teamwork, and compassionate patient care.

Taelor provides comprehensive family medicine services for patients of all ages, including preventive care, urgent care, physical exams, mental health services, and minor procedures. She is dedicated to building strong relationships with her patients and believes in treating the whole person through education, collaboration, and personalized care.

Taelor has more than a decade of healthcare experience, including working as a medical assistant, scribe, registered nurse, medical and surgical nurse, charge nurse, and nurse practitioner. Her diverse clinical background includes experience in internal medicine, neurology, pediatrics, orthopedics, women’s health, psychiatric and mental health care, rehabilitation, hormone therapy, and aesthetics. This broad experience allows her to approach patient care with a well-rounded perspective and a deep understanding of each individual’s unique needs and goals.

Taelor values lifelong learning and is passionate about helping patients navigate their health with confidence. Her goals are to listen closely, build trust, and provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Outside of work, Taelor enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, as well as camping, fishing, lake days, running, and game nights with friends and family.
