Wyatt Boles, DO

Wyatt Boles, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician who provides full-spectrum primary care for patients of all ages.

Dr. Boles earned his Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a minor in Chemistry from Brigham Young University before completing medical school at Pacific Northwest University. He went on to complete his family medicine residency at the Travis Air Force Base Family Medicine Program, where he developed a strong foundation in comprehensive and acute care. He is fluent in both English and Spanish and is passionate about building meaningful relationships with his patients while supporting their health journeys.

His clinical interests include osteopathic manipulative therapy, point-of-care ultrasound, urgent care, and whole-person primary care. Following residency, he served with the United States Air Force in Korea, where he further refined his acute care skills in the emergency department. As a provider, his primary goal is to support his patients as they work toward lasting health and well-being.

Outside of work, Dr. Boles enjoys chainsaw carving, snowboarding, mountain biking, rock climbing, wilderness survival, and playing both piano and guitar.
