Bio | Curtis Carter, MD obtained a Bachelor of Science at Brigham Young University and a Doctor of Medicine at the University of Utah School of Medicine. In addition to his education, Dr. Carter completed a residency at the Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and spent several years as an emergency room provider in Indiana. He is board certified with the American Board of Family Medicine and specializes in family medicine. He speaks English and fluent Spanish. Dr. Carter chose to pursue a career in family medicine because he enjoys creating personal relationships with his patients. He strives to build strong connections with each of his patients to help them overcome the challenges they face. Dr. Carter enjoys every aspect of family medicine including pediatric care, adolescent care, and adult medicine. When he is not taking care of patients, Dr. Carter enjoys hiking, biking, running, and reading. He also takes pride in his garden, especially his pepper plants which he uses to make delicious (and very hot) salsas. |
