Follow My Health—Infographic

April 21, 2016 | Administration

Getting access to your medical records has never been easier. Follow My Health allows individuals to create an account and gain access to Revere Health’s many medical benefits. Research has shown that individuals who meet with a doctor forget up to 80 percent of what they were just instructed from their doctor. Here at Revere Health we want to make sure every one of our patients remembers what their doctor told them, so they can get healthy faster.

Follow My Health allows individuals to view doctor’s notes, lab results, and more all without having to call a clinic or a doctor. Another great feature is that patients won’t have to call their doctor for a prescription refill. Instead, they can log on and message their doctor requesting more medicine thus making the whole process convenient, easy and quick.

Revere Health is changing the way individuals interact with their medical providers. Learn more about how Follow My Health will make you a more informed patient and how it will make your life easier.
