New Year Fireworks

2015 was a big year for us.

Here’s our year in review.

Time for a name change.

In July, we officially changed our name from Central Utah Clinic to Revere Health. Along with the new name comes a new tagline: Let’s Live Better. We are committed to working alongside patients to improve their quality of life, and our new image reflects that promise.

Where the patient and doctor come together.

At Revere Health, we care about your health. We strive to provide value in every interaction. We work together to provide the right care at the right time in the right place. We believe that choosing to listen is the essence of patient-centered care. It is our goal to impart the best care through proven methods, expert training and cutting-edge technology. Our physicians strive to empower the patient—the most important decision maker in healthcare.

Our name is our mission and our promise: Your health above all else.

With over 115 clinics and over 35 different communities served throughout the state, Revere Health is one of Utah’s top healthcare providers. From Ogden to St. George, our clinics and medical providers can be found anywhere you go in the state.

We broke new ground. Literally.

In August, we held a groundbreaking ceremony for our new, state-of-the-art facility in Salem. The building will total over 89,000 square feet in its first phase, with a master plan to grow up to 150,000 square feet over 20 years to meet the projected population needs for southern Utah County and the surrounding areas. Watch for the building to open this spring!

Looking forward to 2016

We are excited to bring our new Salem location online, bring on more physicians and staff and continue to expand services for our patients. As an accountable care organization, we are using data to find ways to improve your care and reduce costs. We are also improving our Follow My Health online patient portal and finding more ways to communicate with you about your health. If you haven’t signed up, learn more about the service and enroll today!

Thank you for a fantastic 2015, and thank you for trusting us with your care.
