Revere Health Dermatology welcomes Jake Fagan, MD

Provo, Utah – June 8, 2024 – Revere Health proudly announces the addition of Dr. Jake Fagan, MD, to its esteemed Dermatology team. Dr. Fagan brings a wealth of expertise in Mohs micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology, further strengthening the comprehensive care provided to patients.

Dr. Fagan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Utah State University. He then pursued his medical education at West Virginia University School of Medicine. Dr. Fagan continued his training at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA, where he completed a residency in Dermatology. Following residency, he further specialized in micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology through a fellowship at Geisinger.

A dedicated member of numerous professional organizations, Dr. Fagan holds Diplomate status with the American Academy of Dermatology and is a Fellow Member of the American College of Mohs Surgery.

Beyond his medical practice, Dr. Fagan leads an active lifestyle, enjoying hobbies such as hiking, running, baseball, gardening, and pickleball with his wife and three children.
