St. George, UTAH – January 1, 2020 – Richard Bennett, MD recently joined Revere Health as the newest internist at St. George Internal Medicine.
Dr. Bennett completed his Doctorate of Medicine at the University of Minnesota Medical School and his residency at the University of Utah Medical Center. Bennett specializes in internal medicine and has worked at Alta Internal Medicine in Draper, UT for the past 31 years.
“Dr. Bennett is a kind and respectful physician with many years of experience in Internal medicine,” said Paul Broadhead, an administrator at St. George Internal Medicine. “We are excited to have him here in St. George and appreciate his wealth of knowledge and ability he brings to the patients in this area.”
Bennett has always been interested in medicine because of his family’s long history of physicians. He especially enjoys treating diabetes and getting to know his patients on a personal level. His services include diabetes education and management, acute illness care, chronic disease management, annual wellness visits, preventive care and specialty care coordination.
I love the outdoors, and I’m looking forward to all that Dixie has to offer and can’t believe the opportunities that exist,” said Bennett. “I am so excited to meet my new community and create new friendships with the wonderful people of St. George.
