Provo, UT – May 22nd, 2024 – Revere Health Orthopedics provider Ryan Richards, MD, is leaving Revere Health and moving to Arizona for personal reasons. His last day seeing patients in the clinic will be June 26, and his last day performing surgeries is June 27.
