I have been a patient of Dr Crouch’s for several years now and he has always gone above and beyond with providing me with excellent care and support. He’s very knowledgeable and thorough, listens to my needs and concerns and provides me with guidance and support. He’s my primary care provider for my rehabilitation from a severe injury. He cares for my overall health and well being and refers me to other excellent providers when needed. As the lead Doctor of my rehabilitation team, I trust and rely upon his support and guidance throughout my recovery. He always collaborates with my other providers and together I receive the best care possible. Thank you Dr Crouch, I couldn’t have gotten this far without you and your team. Forever grateful!

He thinks outside the box, which I really like and is open-minded to effective alternative treatments. He spends adequate time with you explaining things so you understand. Dr. Crouch is amazing at listening

I have severe osteoarthritis throughout my body but my back is awful. Dr. Crouch is amazing at listening to my struggles and sympathetic to my desires to stay very active. He has carefully and thoughtfully helped me craft a working plan and process that is specific to my needs. This man knows his craft. It is working and with his help and support I expect to be very active for years to come.
