Bio	Dr. Crouch loves helping patients with difficult problems improve over time. He understands the importance of patient-provider trust, and he is known for his caring and thoughtful approach to medicine. He is an excellent educator and enjoys helping patients understand their body so that they can participate in deciding a customized treatment plan. Dr. Crouch specializes in advanced minimally invasive spine procedures, such as epidural injections, radiofrequency ablation, intracept, spinal cord stimulation, kyphoplasty, and other similar treatments. When he is not taking care of patients, Dr. Crouch enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, water skiing, snow skiing, hiking, and playing the piano, cello and guitar.
