Dr. Thorpe grew up in Salt Lake City. He received his MD degree and completed an Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Utah. He completed a Gastroenterology Fellowship at the University of Arizona in Tucson.
Upon completion of his fellowship, he and his family returned to Provo in 2006 when he began his Gastroenterology practice at Revere Health. He has a particular interest and focused training in treatment of Crohns disease and ulcerative colitis.
Dr. Thorpe and his wife Laura have 4 children. They enjoy traveling and experiencing other cultures. He is an avid cyclist, enjoys the outdoors, and loves cooking

CAHPS surveys are funded and overseen by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
Patients receive the nine-question survey via email or phone call, and we publish provider ratings on Revere Health's website once he or she has at least 30 completed surveys.
