Carson Homer, PA-C obtained a Bachelor of Science at Utah Valley University and a Master of Science – Physician Assistant Studies at the Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. He is board certified with the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants and specializes in urgent care. Carson speaks English and Tagalog.
Carson chose to pursue a career in medicine because he wanted to empower people to take their health and wellness into their own hands. During his visits, Carson works with each patient to give them the tools they need to live a life of balance and wellness. He loves to learn about every aspect of the human body and continues to learn more about the fascinating intricacies of anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology. Carson decided to work in urgent care because he enjoys solving the kind of complex problems that may come through the door. He strives to help each patient with their varying concerns and to provide solutions to help them on their path to recovery and wellness.
When he is not caring for patients, Carson enjoys spending time with his family, staying active outdoors, exercising, and attending musical theater performances. He also loves traveling the world and taking in the beauty that life has to offer. Carson is also an amateur pianist and enjoys singing choral music in a local semi-professional choir.

CAHPS surveys are funded and overseen by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
Patients receive the nine-question survey via email or phone call, and we publish provider ratings on Revere Health's website once he or she has at least 30 completed surveys.
