Cassandra Foss, MD

Cassandra Foss, MD, earned her Bachelor of Science in exercise physiology from the University of Utah before completing medical school at Creighton University School of Medicine. She went on to complete her residency in obstetrics and gynecology through Creighton University’s Phoenix program, where she developed advanced surgical expertise.

Dr. Foss is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist with a Focused Practice Designation (FPD) in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. She is dedicated to providing specialized, patient-centered care and improving access to high-quality gynecologic services in the community.

With more than a decade of experience, Dr. Foss specializes in minimally invasive and robotic surgery, including hysterectomy, as well as the treatment of conditions such as endometriosis, uterine fibroids, pelvic pain, and pelvic floor disorders. She also provides comprehensive gynecologic care, including hormone replacement therapy, contraception, and preventive screenings.

Dr. Foss is passionate about creating a more efficient and accessible model of care through a gynecology-focused practice, allowing her to better meet the needs of her patients without the limitations often found in larger healthcare systems. Her goal is to expand access to timely, high-quality gynecologic care and improve patient outcomes in her community.

She has been recognized for excellence in patient experience and previously served as Medical Director of Gynecology at McKay Dee Hospital.

Outside of work, Dr. Foss stays involved in her local community and supports her children’s many sports, including baseball, hockey, skiing, snowboarding, boating, and wake surfing.
