Curtis A. Carter, MD

Family Medicine

Dr. Carter was born and raised in St. George and graduated from Pine View High School and Dixie College. He also attended and graduated from BYU and University of Utah School of Medicine. Dr. Carter is board certified in Family Medicine and also spent several years as an emergency room provider in Indiana. He made the decision to return to family medicine because he missed the personal relationships he had with his patients. He still enjoys fracture care, lacerations, injuries, and other procedures but most of all he enjoys making a difference in peoples’ lives. Dr. Carter joined the Revere Health St. George Clinic in 2008. He is fluent in Spanish and enjoys all aspects of family medicine including pediatric, adolescent and adult medicine. He and his wife Michelle currently have three children and are excited to be a part of the St. George community. Dr. Carter enjoys hiking, biking, running and reading. He also takes pride in his garden, especially his pepper plants which he uses to make delicious (and very hot) salsas.

CAHPS surveys are funded and overseen by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Patients receive the nine-question survey via email or phone call, and we publish provider ratings on Revere Health's website once he or she has at least 30 completed surveys.
