Daven Smith, FNP-C


Bio	Daven Smith, FNP-C, received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Utah Valley University and his Master of Science in Nursing from United States University in San Diego, California. He has worked at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center, American Fork Hospital, Intermountain Healthcare, and Silverton Community Care in various leadership, technology, and project management roles. Daven is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Daven’s time as a provider has helped him develop the compassion and drive needed to serve those around him. He uses his skills to relate to others, listen carefully, and partner with patients and their families. Daven was drawn to Revere Health because of its focus on treating patients holistically and effectively at a reasonable cost. As a Revere Health provider, Daven strives to create a safe and positive environment for all his patients. Daven enjoys spending time outdoors. He is passionate about cycling, swimming, hiking and backpacking. He also loves participating in activities with his daughter. Daven has given back to the community by volunteering as a swim coach and with youth sporting groups.
