David Brockbank, MD

David Brockbank, MD specializes in ophthalmology and is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. After receiving his undergraduate degree at the University of Utah, David received his medical degree from Albany Medical College in New York. He then completed his ophthalmology residency training at the University of Missouri-Columbia. He specializes in comprehensive ophthalmology including cataract/refractive surgery, medical retina, oculoplastics and strabismus.

A large part of Dr. Brockbank’s interest in medicine came from his grandfather who was a family physician for many years. His grandfather’s example, as well as his love for serving others, drove him to pursue a career in medicine. He specialized in ophthalmology because he believes the gift of sight can be one of the greatest blessings in life and enjoys helping patients preserve and restore their eyesight.

Dr. Brockbank enjoys spending time with his wife and five children—whether playing sports, fishing or camping. He also likes to draw. He has been to Africa and Peru on medical missions and is actively involved in his church. Dr. Brockbank is fluent in Russian.

CAHPS surveys are funded and overseen by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Patients receive the nine-question survey via email or phone call, and we publish provider ratings on Revere Health's website once he or she has at least 30 completed surveys.
