Ever since Eric Hammer was young, he knew that a profession in medicine was a right fit for him. His choice became solidified through several volunteer and service opportunities throughout his life. Additionally, many people have influenced and guided him to his current profession.

Eric received a Bachelor of Arts in biology with an emphasis in zoology from Southern Utah University. He then continued his education by receiving a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Salus University.

Eric enjoys being able to see patients of all ages and treat the variety of problems that may occur throughout their lifetime. He values his profession as a rewarding opportunity to work in a great community and develop relationships with individuals and families. Eric is a certified physician assistant through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Additionally, he has a certification in advanced cardiac life support.

While he is away from the clinic you can find Eric spending as much time as possible with his beautiful wife and three wonderful children. In his spare time he enjoys participating in sporting events, hiking, landscape photography, playing guitar and working in his yard.

Survey Details

CAHPS surveys are funded and overseen by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Patients receive the nine-question survey via email or phone call, and we publish provider ratings on Revere Health's website once he or she has at least 30 completed surveys.
