Rafael Sanchez, LCSW


Bio	Rafael A. Sanchez, LCSW, graduated from the University of Utah with a Master of Social Work (MSW) in 2019. He has since provided mental health services for Family Health Care in Hurricane, Creek Valley Health Clinic, and Hope & Synergy Counseling Services. Rafael specializes in treating depression (including Suicidal Ideation), anxiety, OCD, ADHD, low self-esteem, family conflict, grief, and trauma. He is a licensed social worker in the state of Utah and speaks fluent Spanish. Rafael chose clinical social work because of his desire to be the catalyst in his patients’ growth and success. His experience working at two medical clinics has given him the understanding and skills to become an effective counselor, and as an advocate for preventative care, he enjoys sharing necessary tools that enable patients to grow and maintain their mental health. He is excited to join the Revere Health team because of the wonderful reports he’s received from friends who are patients. As a provider, Rafael will strive to help as many people as possible find their desired balance of mental health. Rafael A.
