Tyson Boltz, NP

Tyson Boltz, FNP-C received a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner at Grand Canyon University. He is board certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and specializes in weight loss and behavioral health. He speaks English and Portuguese.

Tyson chose to pursue medicine because he finds satisfaction in helping others. He especially enjoys the broad range of issues that are found in family medicine. Tyson strives to be the kind of caregiver that patients feel comfortable with, and he prides himself on being able to connect with them on a personal level relatively quickly.

When Tyson isn’t caring for patients, he loves to spend time outdoors fly-fishing, cycling and camping. He also likes to spend his free time coaching youth football and baseball teams.
