Revere Health to expand Family Medicine, Weight Loss services to Santaquin

Santaquin, UT– October 4, 2023– Revere Health is pleased to announce plans to open a new medical center in the growing area of Santaquin, Utah, on January 29th, 2024. The new location will offer family medicine and medically supervised weight loss services.

Weight Loss Services will include:

• Medically supervised weight loss
• Weight loss medications
• Weight loss surgery preparation
• Optifast meal replacement
• Resting metabolic rate and body composition testing
• Dietary and behavioral health support

Family Medicine Services will include:

• Pediatric, adolescent and adult care
• Women’s health including PAP smears and birth control
• Acute care including colds, strep throat, UTIs, lacerations, etc.
• Chronic disease management including diabetes and high cholesterol
• Immunizations and preventive care
• Procedures to include joint injections, skin procedures and IUD placements
