Press Release

William Bacon, MD Retirement Letter

November 21, 2022

Dear Patients,

It has been a privilege to care for your orthopedic needs at Revere Health for more than 30 years, but the time has come for me to retire as of December 31, 2022.

My grandfather, who was also a doctor, inspired me to pursue the medical profession many years ago, and my time as a physician has been truly enjoyable thanks to all the great people I have met along the way.

I want to thank you for trusting me with your health needs for these many years. I hope you will continue to come to Revere Health and visit any one of my talented colleagues. For trauma needs, I can confidently refer you to Dr. Jordan P. Barker who will provide you with excellent care. For issues related to the back or spine, I recommend you see Dr. Todd Gilbert or Dr. Eric Innes who are also exceptional providers.

Your medical records will remain at Revere Health, but if you choose to seek care outside of Revere Health you may fill out an authorization form to transfer your records to a new provider. You can also use our FollowMyHealth portal to download a copy of your records. Call 801.429.8062 for assistance.

It has truly been a pleasure to be your physician-I will miss not only helping you with your health needs but also learning about and sharing in your life experiences. Thank you for your loyalty and friendship over the years.

Sincerely, William Bacon
