Alex Moore, DPT completed his Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in exercise science at Utah Valley University and then went on to complete his Doctor of Physical Therapy at the Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions.
Choosing physical therapy as his specialty was a natural decision for Alex because it pairs his passion for helping others on a very personal level with his love of physical activity. Physical therapy is especially gratifying to Alex because of the opportunity it offers him to help people accomplish goals they originally thought to be impossible. He particularly loves individualizing care and incorporating patient preference into his treatments.
When Alex isn’t in the office he loves to golf, travel and spend time with his wife. He loves traveling and has been in multiple countries from Australia to Mexico. He has been engaged in and has a passion for ending opioid addiction, promoting education and increasing the awareness of the benefits physical therapy offers.
A provider's patient satisfaction rating is determined by patient responses to questions from the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey, administered by NRC Health.
Patients today have more choices than ever, including where, how and from whom they get care. That's why Revere Health believes it's important to provide access to transparent information, empowering our patients to make knowledgable decisions about their healthcare.
CAHPS surveys are funded and overseen by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
Patients receive the nine-question survey via email or phone call, and we publish provider ratings on Revere Health's website once he or she has at least 30 completed surveys.
