Allison Felshaw, PA-C specializes in internal medicine and is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She received her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) degree from University of Utah and her BS from Brigham Young University.
Allison chose to practice medicine because she always wanted to be involved in a profession that helps people and makes a positive impact in people’s lives. She loves seeing patients progress and improve their health.
Since moving to Utah for school, Allison has loved exploring the state and gets some hiking in whenever she has the chance. She also loves volunteering with various community organizations.

CAHPS surveys are funded and overseen by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
Patients receive the nine-question survey via email or phone call, and we publish provider ratings on Revere Health's website once he or she has at least 30 completed surveys.
