Dr. Bradshaw is a native of Provo, Utah and a graduate of Brigham Young University. He received his MD degree from the University of Utah, and then completed an internship in Pediatrics at University of California, Irvine and residency in Dermatology at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.
Following three years of service as Chief of Dermatology at Luke Air Force Base near Phoenix, Ariz., he returned home to Provo to practice with Revere Health. He enjoys providing quality medical and surgical dermatology care to patients of all ages.
Dr. Bradshaw and his wife, Kristine, consider their family of five children and two grandchildren as their greatest accomplishment. They love to travel, especially if it involves warm, sunny beaches and good snorkeling (appropriately sunscreened, of course.) Dr. Bradshaw has worked for years with the youth at church and enjoys the outdoors, boating, music, and cooking.
A provider's patient satisfaction rating is determined by patient responses to questions from the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey, administered by NRC Health.
Patients today have more choices than ever, including where, how and from whom they get care. That's why Revere Health believes it's important to provide access to transparent information, empowering our patients to make knowledgable decisions about their healthcare.
CAHPS surveys are funded and overseen by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
Patients receive the nine-question survey via email or phone call, and we publish provider ratings on Revere Health's website once he or she has at least 30 completed surveys.
