Revere Health’s Eagle Mountain Clinic is proud to serve the Eagle Mountain community as the first primary and urgent care clinic in the area. Our providers and staff specialize in everything from general cold treatment and diabetes management to broken bone settings and minor surgery. Our Eagle Mountain urgent care staff works to quickly assess and treat our urgent care patients, offering services such as sore throat care, suture care, fracture care, and X-rays.

Services
Well-Child Checks
A well-child check assesses the health of young children and provides parents with basic healthcare information they need.
Sick Child Visits
Reasons for sick child visits include flu, fever, stomachache, etc. These visits are separate from annual well-child visits.
Pediatric, Adolescent and Adult Care
Our family medicine providers are trained to provide general healthcare to all the members of a family.
Sport, School, Scout and Missionary Exams
General physical examinations required for participation in sports, school, scouts or missionary service.
Physicals
Our providers are equipped to offer sports physicals and routine physical exams to check up on patients’ physical health.
Well-Woman Exams
Examinations offered to women to review reproductive health; generally including breast and pelvic exams, and a pap smear.
Chronic Disease Management
Oversight and education of patients with chronic diseases, such as diabetes, high blood pressure or multiple sclerosis.
Chronic/Acute Medication Management
Medical professionals help patients with multiple prescriptions manage their medication schedules and promote compliance.
Sport Injuries
Specialized care for injuries caused by playing sports, such as ACL tears, ankle sprains and hamstring strains.
Fracture Care
We work to promote bone healing and restore bone function as soon as possible for fracture patients.
X-ray
A quick, painless test that produces images of the structures inside your body, particularly your bones.
Stitches
Surgical sutures are used to rejoin body tissues after an injury or surgery. Call our office for more information.
Abscess Drainage/Care
Professional drainage of a tender mass filled with pus and debris. A small incision is made in the abscess for full drainage.
Chronic Flares or Acute Illnesses
Our staff treats both chronic conditionssuch as diabetes or asthmaand acute conditions, e.g., sprained ankle or infection.
IV Fluids
A solution (usually a balanced electrolyte solution) administered directly into the venous circulation.
Joint Injections and Aspirations
Joint aspirations take fluid from a swollen joint. Joint injection administer pain-relieving medications into the joint.
Mole and Skin Biopsies
A small piece of the skin is removed in order to fully examine and diagnose various skin conditions and cancers.
Ingrown Toenail Removal
Procedure that either lifts or removes the part of the nail that is growing in the soft flesh of the toe.
Labs
Several lab services are available including clinical lab testing, urinalysis and specimen collection.
Broken Bones
A broken bone or fracture can occur if excessive force is applied to your bone, causing it to break or shatter.
Same-Day Urgent Care
A walk-in clinic focused on treating injuries or illnesses requiring immediate care, but not serious enough for the ER.
Urinary Tract Infections
Care for painful infections found in the urinary system including the kidneys, ureters, bladder and urethra.
Flu/Cold/Strep Symptoms
Symptoms may include fever, chills, muscle aches, cough, congestion, runny nose, headaches, fatigue and sore throat.
Work-Related Injury Care
Care for physical injuries, illnesses or stress-related injuries that occur due to specific jobs at work.
Minor Allergic Reactions or Rashes
Treatment of non-life-threatening, minor allergic reactions including nasal congestion, itching and hives.
Ear or Sinus Pain
Sinus and ear pain are often simultaneous and may be caused by sinus infections, the common cold or allergies.
Nausea, Vomiting or Diarrhea
Although they are not diseases, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea are symptoms of several common conditions.
Heat Exhaustion and Dehydration
Untreated heat exhaustion or dehydration can be dangerous and lead to heat stroke, brain damage and other serious complications.
Kidney Stones
Small, hard deposits that form in the kidneys. They can often be extremely painful to pass through the bladder and ureter.
CBC (Complete Blood Count)
A CBC is a blood test used to assess a patient’s overall health and detect certain conditions like infection or anemia.
Diagnostic Imaging
