David Kimball, DO, DC specializes in family medicine and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Kimball received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from Touro University in Las Vegas, NV. He completed his residency at Idaho State University. Prior to Medicine, Dr. Kimball received his Chiropractic (DC) degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic and practiced for two years in American Fork.
Dr. Kimball decided to practice medicine because he loves helping people take control of their own health through healthy lifestyles. During his residency in a rural community, Dr. Kimball spent hundreds of hours running emergency rooms and is experienced in treating all types of acute care. As an osteopathic physician with prior training as a chiropractor, Dr. Kimball can provide unique insights and services in musculoskeletal ailments.
In his personal life, Dr. Kimball enjoys working outside with his hands—either taking care of the animals on his hobby farm or building. Both he and his wife love doing CrossFit and can be found in the gym on a regular basis. Dr. Kimball also keeps busy with five children and likes to engage in a wide variety of outdoor activities and visit family. Dr. Kimball is an advocate for child trafficking prevention and supports Operation Underground Railroad (O.U.R.), a nonprofit organization that assists governments around the world in the rescue of human trafficking and sex trafficking victims.

CAPHS surveys are funded and overseen by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
Patients receive the nine-question survey via email or phone call, and we publish provider ratings on Revere Health's website once he or she has at least 30 completed surveys.
