Dr. Allen joined our practice in August of 2007. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University in 1990 and continued there to receive his Master of Business Administration. He then went on to earn an Associates of Science and Nursing in Albany, New York. He then attended Kansas City University of Medicine and Bioscience, and received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in June of 2002. Dr. Allen did his Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency at Memorial Hospital in York, PA.
Dr. Allen is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Medical Service Corp, Missouri National Guard. He also served as a Staff Sargent, Special Forces Medic, Utah National Guard from 1987-1998.
He is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the American Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology.
Dr. Allen is married, Aimee Jo, and has five children. He is an Adult Leader for the Boy Scouts of America and speaks Japanese.
A provider's patient satisfaction rating is determined by patient responses to questions from the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey, administered by NRC Health.

CAHPS surveys are funded and overseen by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
Patients receive the nine-question survey via email or phone call, and we publish provider ratings on Revere Health's website once he or she has at least 30 completed surveys.
