Payam Tristani-Firouzi, MD


Dr. Tristani has specialized expertise in Mohs Micrographic Surgery, a tissue-sparing technique for the removal of skin cancers, such as basal cell carcinomas and squamous cell carcinomas, with the highest cure rate.

She is board certified in dermatology and is a Fellow of the College of Mohs Surgery. Dr. Tristani’s main clinic focus is helping patients manage skin cancers, including prevention, diagnosis, and surgical and non-surgical treatments. She has authored numerous publications in dermatology surgery and has lectured both regionally and nationally. Dr. Tristani is an active member of several professional associations and enjoys teaching medical students and residents.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Tristani enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, gourmet cooking and interior decorating.
