Bio	Scott Major, MD obtained a Bachelor of Science at Weber State University and a Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Utah. He also completed an internship and an otolaryngology residency at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. Dr. Major is board certified with the American Board of Otolaryngology and specializes in otolaryngology. He is also certified as an Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) by the Federal Aviation Administration. Dr. Major strives to ensure his patients are properly educated and informed about their health, because he understands the value of patient empowerment. Dr. Major takes extra time to work with patients and their families to develop a healthcare plan specific to their needs and goals. In every patient interaction, Dr. Major prioritizes listening with compassion and helping each patient find health, healing, and happiness. In Dr. Major’s spare time, he is a private pilot and is also a team provider for the Trek-Segafredo Racing Team, a UCI professional cycling team that is consistently ranked among the top ten teams in the world. In this capacity, he gets to travel the world supporting the team in races such as the Tour de France.
