Scott Major, MD earned his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Utah, after graduating from Weber State University. He then completed his Otolaryngology residency at the University of Louisville and is board certified in Otolaryngology. In Dr. Majors spare time, he is a private pilot and is also a team provider for the Trek-Segafredo Racing Team, a UCI professional cycling team that is consistently ranked among the top 10 teams in the world. In this capacity, he gets to travel the world supporting the team in races such as the Tour de France.

CAHPS surveys are funded and overseen by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
Patients receive the nine-question survey via email or phone call, and we publish provider ratings on Revere Health's website once he or she has at least 30 completed surveys.
