PROVO, UT – Aug. 20, 2018 – Kevin Christensen, MD recently joined Revere Health Orthopedics as its newest orthopedic surgeon. He will be practicing in the Provo, Orem and Salem offices.
Christensen received his doctor of medicine degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center, where he was elected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. After receiving his degree, he stayed in San Antonio to complete his residency and had the opportunity to work with several renowned orthopedic surgeons. He later completed advanced fellowship training in orthopedic sports medicine at Andrews Institute in Gulf Breeze, Florida.
Dr. Christensen comes to us with great talent and experience, having worked alongside many gifted orthopedic surgeons, including internationally-recognized sports medicine surgeon Dr. James Andrews,” said Anthony Greene, administrator for Provo Orthopedics at Revere Health. “We are excited for him to be a part of our team.
Christensen is excited to work with patients in the community and use his expertise in providing surgical solutions to orthopedic issues. He is also trained in the use of biologic treatment modalities for orthopedic injuries to help patients recover.
