Revere Health Family Medicine Welcomes Travis Charles, DO

Salem, UTAH – August 18, 2021 – Travis Charles, DO recently joined the Revere Health Salem Family Medicine clinic as its newest family medicine provider. He will begin seeing patients at the end of September.
“Salem Family Medicine is excited to welcome Dr. Charles to our practice,” said Melodie Chapple, an administrator at the Revere Health Salem Family Medicine clinic. “He brings a lot ofexperience and will be a great asset to the community.”
Dr. Charles obtained a Bachelor of Science in business management and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. He remained in Kansas City to complete his family medicine residency at Research Hospital. Dr. Charles is board certified with the American Board of Family Medicine and practices full-scope family medicine. He speaks fluent English and Spanish.
I am excited to join the Revere Health team in beautiful Salem, Utah this fall,” said Dr. Charles. “Since leaving Provo 15 years ago to pursue my dream of becoming a doctor, I have been working to get back home to start my practice and lay down roots in the area. I look forward to meeting many individuals and families and working with them to optimize their health.
