Revere Health Family Medicine Welcomes Lance Allen, DO

Kanab, UTAH – July 14, 2021 – Lance Allen, DO recently joined the Revere Health Kanab Family Medicine clinic as its newest family medicine provider. He will begin seeing patients at the beginning of August.
“We are excited to have Dr. Allen join our team of talented and compassionate providers,” said Cynthia Sherwood, an administrator at the Revere Health Kanab Family Medicine clinic. “He is a kind and energetic person who leads all interactions with compassion and understanding.”
Dr. Allen obtained a Bachelor of Science in environmental engineering at Utah State University, a pre-medical degree at Southern Utah University, and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at the Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Henderson, Nevada. He also completed a family practice residency at the Saint Joseph Health Center in Warren, Ohio. Dr. Allen is currently a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and specializes in family medicine.
