    Certified specialists complete rigorous training to provide exceptional patient care. Requirements include 200 hours of work as a health coach, teaching experience and continuing education modules that supplement a four-year degree in a related field.

    Meet with a professional dietary counselor to determine the right type of diet for you and your health.

  • Fitness Counseling

    Meet with a professional fitness counselor to determine the right type of fitness plan for you and your weight loss goals.

  • Weight Loss Medication

    Weight loss medication is sometimes prescribed to a patient as an additional tool in the treatment for weight loss.

  • Behavioral & Educational Support

    Our staff teaches patients to make healthy choices, influencing healthy behaviors that encourage long-lasting weight loss.

  • Low-Calorie Diets

    Our specialist will help you plan a low-calorie diet are made up of between 800 to 1500 calories or fewer to meet your needs.

  • OPTIFAST Meal Replacement

    A comprehensive weight management program including lifestyle education, medical monitoring and meal replacement diet.

  • Body Comp Testing
