Allan Pauole is a mental health therapist. He has worked for Utah, Juab and Millard counties providing both mental health and substance abuse counseling for hospitals, Utah’s drug court population and private agencies. Allan also worked for the Paiute Indian Tribe of Utah as a social worker and served as the primary liaison for the tribe in all child custody hearings involving the Division of Child and Family Services and the juvenile courts.
Allan has been a licensed clinical mental health counselor for over 10 years and has extensive training in motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy, substance abuse counseling, moral reconation therapy, and trauma informed care cognitive behavior therapy. He is also able to treat all forms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, psychosis and oppositional defiant disorder for patients ages 4 to 65.
Outside the clinic, Allan spends his free time cycling the back roads of Utah. He also enjoys attending all kinds of sporting events and makes an annual trip to Arizona each March to watch the Spring Training games.
A provider's patient satisfaction rating is determined by patient responses to questions from the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey, administered by NRC Health.

CAHPS surveys are funded and overseen by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
Patients receive the nine-question survey via email or phone call, and we publish provider ratings on Revere Health's website once he or she has at least 30 completed surveys.
