Megan feels that healthcare is a career where you can have an immense impact on human lives. She chose to specialize in orthopedics because she has an athletic background and enjoys helping people maintain an active, functional lifestyle to enhance their overall quality of life. She says it is particularly rewarding when she has the opportunity to work with patients who oftentimes have significant problems that she is able to help correct. This is especially true in the case of the foot and ankle practice in which she specializes because it is one of the more complex and amazing areas of the human skeletal system and an area where she can make a huge difference in a patient’s life.

When Megan isn’t caring for patients, she enjoys cycling, outdoor photography, and traveling with her family.
