Bio	Nikki Kappas, FNP-C is a passionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner who thrives on delivering patient-centered care with a personal touch. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Provo College, she pursued her Master of Science in Nursing in the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. Nikki is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and holds Advanced Life Support and Pediatric Life Support certifications. With a strong background in emergency medicine and Neurology, she brings a wealth of expertise and compassion to every patient she treats. Her hands-on experience in fast-paced hospital settings has equipped her to handle everything from urgent medical needs to long-term care with precision and empathy. Her journey into healthcare was inspired by her own diagnosis of Type 1 Diabetes as a high school senior, which gave her a unique and deeply personal understanding of managing chronic conditions. Today, Nikki is committed to treating acute illnesses and also empowering her patients with the knowledge and confidence to take charge of their health. Outside the clinic, Nikki is all about staying active and adventurous—whether it’s weightlifting, running, or hiking. She also loves traveling and discovering new places with her husband and children. When it’s time to unwind, you can find her in the kitchen, baking up treats and sharing her love through homemade goodies.
