Revere Health to Open New Clinic in Farr West, Utah

FARR WEST, UTAH – MAY 31, 2019 – New family medicine and urgent care services will be available in Farr West as Revere Health welcomes Bruce Larsen, MD and Ann Schmitt, MD. They will begin seeing patients June 17.
“We want to make sure that everyone in the area has timely access to quality healthcare for acute and ongoing medical needs,” said Brad Nelson, administrator for Revere Health Farr West Family Medicine and Urgent Care.
“Drs. Larsen and Schmitt bring years of primary care and urgent care experience to the city of Farr West and surrounding areas. They have both lived in the area for many years and love providing care to the community of Northern Utah.”
Drs. Larsen and Schmitt have over 30 years of combined experience in urgent care and over 20 years of family medicine practice. The clinic will be equipped to handle both routine and urgent care needs, and will also feature an on-site X-ray machine.
“We are excited to join Revere Health and offer patients convenient access to quality primary care and urgent care in the growing communities in and around Farr West,” said Dr. Schmitt.
“In addition to the convenience of our walk-in urgent care facilities for acute needs, patients can schedule appointments and get ongoing care with us as their family medicine doctors,” added Dr. Larsen.
The new Revere Health Farr West Family Medicine and Urgent Care clinic will be located at 2850 North 2000 West, Suite 101, in Farr West. It will offer walk-in access to the urgent care clinic for extended weekday and weekend hours, as well as scheduled appointments between 8 am and 5 pm on weekdays.
