Revere Health Welcomes Dr. Skot Neilson to Farr West Family Medicine

Farr West, UT — July 2025 — Revere Health is proud to announce the addition of Skot Neilson, DO, to its Family Medicine team at Farr West. Dr. Neilson brings a strong commitment to personalized, community-based care and a passion for helping patients maintain lifelong wellness.

A native of Utah, Dr. Neilson began his academic journey at Utah State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in biology and later completed a Master of Business Administration. Before pursuing his medical degree, he worked in biomedical research at the Institute for Antiviral Research, gaining valuable experience that continues to inform his clinical approach.

Dr. Neilson earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. His residency training included rotations at Millcreek Community Hospital in Pennsylvania, Forrest General Hospital in Mississippi, and North Country Health Center in Arizona, where he gained comprehensive experience in both urban and rural healthcare settings.

I’m thrilled to be joining Revere Health and to work alongside such a skilled and compassionate team,” says Dr. Neilson. “It’s an honor to care for individuals and families. My goal is to provide high-quality, evidence-based care that helps patients take control of their health and lead fulfilling lives.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Neilson is a devoted father who enjoys spending time with his children.
