Revere Health Welcomes Imad Jaafar, MD, to its Provo Gastroenterology Clinic

PROVO, Utah — Revere Health is pleased to announce that Imad Jaafar, MD, a board-certified gastroenterologist with extensive experience in digestive health and endoscopic procedures, has joined the organization and is now seeing patients at its Provo Gastroenterology clinic.

Dr. Jaafar brings more than five years of post-fellowship experience to Revere Health and has performed approximately 15,000 endoscopic procedures throughout his career. His expertise includes the diagnosis and treatment of digestive disorders, as well as advanced endoscopic services such as upper endoscopies (EGD) and colonoscopies.

Dr. Jaafar attended the University of Kentucky, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology and graduated summa cum laude with honors. He went on to earn his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He completed both his internal medicine residency and gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Louisville and is board-certified in both internal medicine and gastroenterology.

Dr. Jaafar comes from a family of physicians who inspired his career path; his father served a small Kentucky community as a pediatrician. Dr. Jaafar has a strong desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives and is committed to helping patients improve their digestive health through personalized care and strong physician-patient relationships.
