Revere Health Welcomes Wyatt Boles, DO, to Provo Riverside Family Medicine

Provo, Utah — February 2026 – Revere Health is pleased to welcome Wyatt Boles, DO, a board-certified family medicine physician who provides full-spectrum primary care for patients of all ages.

Dr. Boles earned his Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a minor in Chemistry from Brigham Young University before completing medical school at Pacific Northwest University. He went on to complete his family medicine residency at the Travis Air Force Base Family Medicine Program, where he built a strong foundation in comprehensive primary care and acute medicine. He is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

I am excited for the opportunity to work together with my patients in support of their health at every stage of life,” says Dr. Boles. “My goal is to provide comprehensive primary care to families and help guide care through some of the more difficult challenges in life.

Dr. Boles provides osteopathic manipulative therapy, point-of-care ultrasound, urgent care, and whole-person primary care. He is passionate about building meaningful relationships with his patients and partnering with them to achieve lasting health and well-being.
