Bio | Dr. Daniel Hoopes is a board certified and fellowship trained specialist in foot and ankle and lower extremity surgery with Revere Orthopedics. He completed medical school at UC Irvine. He received the research award for his work in trauma orthopedic surgery during his residency at the University of New Mexico. After completing his residency, he pursued subspecialty training in lower extremity/foot and ankle surgery at the world-renowned University of Washington / Harborview Center fellowship program. Prior to medical training, he earned a bachelor’s degree in microbiology with a minor in business and then completed a master’s degree in electronics and information technology, both at BYU. He speaks fluent Spanish. Dr. Hoopes prioritizes the health and happiness of his patients. He is attentive and strives to deliver straightforward, honest diagnoses. Dr. Hoopes takes the time to address even the most difficult problems and works directly with his patients and their families to create a personalized healthcare plan. When he is not taking care of patients, Dr. Hoopes enjoys spending time with his family, bicycling, snowboarding, restoring classic cars, fixing computers, and reading literature focused on history, cultures, and economics.
