Bio	Maria Hoegh, DNP, FNP-C obtained a Bachelor of Science in nursing at Clarkson College and a Doctor of Nursing Practice – Family Nurse Practitioner at Creighton University. She is board certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and specializes in family medicine with a sub-specialty in pediatrics. In high school, Maria enjoyed learning about anatomy and physiology, which led her to pursue a career in nursing. She strives to offer the highest quality care to her patients and help them through challenging health circumstances. Maria is passionate about promoting health education on prevention techniques and how to live a healthy lifestyle. She chose to specialize in family medicine for the opportunity to build lasting relationships with her patients and their families. Family medicine also allows her to care for patients at every stage of life. When she is not taking care of her patients, Maria enjoys spending time with her family, taking care of her two dogs and one cat, skiing, rock climbing, doing yoga, hiking, traveling and reading.
