Tim Carroll, PA has always had a love for learning and helping others, so medicine was the perfect career choice for him. After completing his undergraduate degree at Utah State University in molecular biology, Tim pursued a Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, NC.

Tim has experience providing care in a variety of specialties including primary care, emergency medicine, psychiatry, OB/GYN and others, but ultimately decided on orthopedics. As an athlete growing up, Tim experienced many sports injuries, and knowing how to avoid and treat those injuries piqued his interest in orthopedics and sports medicine.

Outside the clinic, Tim loves to spend time with his wife and daughters. Together they enjoy watching movies, hiking and camping. Tim also likes fishing, playing basketball and watching Utah Jazz games.

Survey Details

CAHPS surveys are funded and overseen by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) within the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Patients receive the nine-question survey via email or phone call, and we publish provider ratings on Revere Health's website once he or she has at least 30 completed surveys.
